I came to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado Boulder where I earned my BA in Psychology and Anthropology. After several years of working for the Boulder Mental Health Center with Elementary school kids I knew I wanted to pursue my masters in Psychology.  I earned my Masters in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology at Naropa University (2001) and fell in love with intersect between mind, body and spirit that contribute to health and happiness.  The body is  a wise resource and I find my training as a clinical psychotherapist, Reiki Master and an Advanced Integrative Therapy Practitioner to enhance the creative ways  I offer clients opportunities to deepen their own somatic and intuitive self trust.  I am deeply grateful to get to do the work I do. 

Being in Nature, Creating Art and spending time with my loved ones are my favorite pastimes.  I  am  Happily Married for over 25 years  and the Mother of two vibrant young adult daughters. I Love living in these beautiful, spacious and wild mountains of Colorado .
